Danny Care has twice in the last 6 weeks been found guilty of alcohol related charges.
In early December he was arrested for being drunk and disorderly, the new England boss Stuart Lancaster and his Harlequins manager Conor O’Shea both handing out disciplinary measures.
The young 24 year old however, in the early hours of New Year’s Day, was again arrested, this time for driving under the influence of alcohol. He was more than twice over the legal limit.

Stuart Lancaster has since axed him from the England squad and he will now miss atleast the start of the 6 Nations. He was fined 10,000 pounds by his club, Harlequins.
O’Shea had the following to say about the matter: “Danny is a brilliant bloke who made a terrible decision”. He further says that he would leave his kids with Danny he is such an amazing character.
Danny Care is young and made a mistake. He had this to say via twitter “"Thoroughly learnt a massive lesson the last few weeks.” I sure hope he has.
Professional sportsmen need to understand that they cannot take chances, they are role models.
Danny seems genuinely sincere. Let’s hope other rugby players (professional or amateur, fans too for that matter) who might enjoy a few drinks, will learn something out of this. Be careful...
