Brendan Venter’s antics

Brendan Venter became infamous for his bizarre quotes and off the field antics while at Saracens. He picked up a 10 week suspension for his “provocative behaviour” in a fracas with Leicester, made worse by a four week suspended ban for criticizing a referee was then added to this.

No Venter moment was more bizarre than his post match interview with Sky Sports after his side lost to Racing Metro 24-21 in the Heineken Cup. In what was seen as his response to receiving a 25 000 Euros for being “inappropriately critical of ERC”  - he delivered this wacky interview:
